We currently have over 700 hotels across our family of brands in the United States.

As the leaders in extended stay, we expanded into a family of brands with the launches of Extended Stay America Premier Suites in 2021 and Extended Stay America Select Suites in 2022.

Extended Stay America Premier Suites is designed to offer an elevated mid-price experience with added amenities like signature bedding, a free healthy breakfast, larger TVs and added storage space.

Extended Stay America Select Suites  

Extended Stay America Select Suites is our economy extended stay brand, providing basic amenities and services to keep costs low for guests. This is a great fit for a more independent traveler looking to stay over 30 nights.

Do you have any property initiatives in the works? 

Our Extended Stay America Premier Suites brand is one of the fastest growing midscale extended stay brands in the United States with over 40 properties. So far this year, hotels have opened in Ft.
