CLC Lodging has you covered with even more hotel options

Last year, CLC Lodging introduced a new Expanded Network of hotels, significantly increasing the number of booking options for our members. And now, we’ve added even more hotels. 

You can now search, book, and save at up to 45,000 hotels! By adding 20,000 new hotels to our Expanded Network – we give you more hotels to choose from wherever your work takes you.

What is the Expanded Network?

The Expanded Network gives our customers more hotel coverage in more places by adding the option to book at thousands of additional hotels outside the CLC Network. If there isn’t an accommodation that fits your needs within our regular, pre-negotiated network of 15,000+ hotels, the Expanded Network will allow you to keep all of your lodging reservations on the same platform.

Choosing an Expanded Network hotel lets you keep your lodging reservations in a centralized location to ensure that your stay details and project cost codes are available in your CLC activity and invoice reporting.

How to search

Search for hotels as you normally would in the CLC Lodging web portal and mobile app. We will only display the Expanded Network hotels that match your travel guidelines, and the hotels are labeled Expanded Network under the Book Now button in your search results.

How to book

Hotels in the Expanded Network can only be booked online through the CLC website and mobile app, using the same Book Now reservation tools, filter options and travel policy controls you use today.

How to check in

You will not use a CheckINN card or Digital CrewFax (cardless option) at Expanded Network hotels. Instead, when you arrive, the front desk will have a reservation with the credit card on file for your stay. All you have to do is present your photo ID and hotel confirmation number to check in.

How to manage reservations

All of your reservation details, including project cost codes, will be in your CLC Lodging account when you stay at any Expanded Network hotel. CLC Expanded Network hotels will appear alongside CLC Network hotel invoices.
