How is CheckINN Certified status determined?

CLC Lodging uses analytics gathered by our system as we process hotel transactions, then analyzes that data using specific scoring methods to provide a total score. Rating categories that determine CheckINN Certified status include:

• Billing timeliness

• Billing accuracy

• Use of the CLC web portal for billing eligible stays

• Room rate data

What is the value of the CheckINN Certified Program for CLC members?

The program provides information to CLC members to help them make more informed decisions during hotel search and booking. Companies may choose to reserve rooms with partners that are CheckINN Certified, which indicates that they are more likely to have a positive experience during the reconciliation and billing process.

How do I know if a hotel is CheckINN Certified?

CheckINN Certified hotels will be marked with a CheckINN Certified logo in the hotel search function of CLC’s streamlined lodging management portal. CLC members can filter their hotel selection to display only CheckINN Certified properties.

Are new hotels automatically CheckINN Certified when they join the CLC Lodging network?

No. Ratings are based on hotels’ performance over the previous 90 days, so new hotels will be recognized as CheckINN Certified or not after 90 days.
