More about the new CLC Expanded Network hotels

When you can’t find the hotel you need, CLC Lodging now has an Expanded Network option to make sure you’re always covered.

The Expanded Network gives you more hotel coverage in more places with the option to book at thousands of additional hotels outside the CLC Network. If for some reason you can’t find the accommodations you need within our regular network of partner hotels, the Expanded Network will allow you to keep all of your lodging reservations on the same platform.

When a CLC Network hotel does not meet your needs, choosing an Expanded Network hotel lets you keep your lodging reservations in a centralized location to ensure that your stay details, along with your project cost codes, are available in your CLC activity and invoice reporting. And you still get to enjoy the same level of 24/7 traveler support and time savings.

How to search – Online and Mobile App

Search for hotels as you normally would in the CLC Lodging web portal and mobile app. We display only the Expanded Network hotels that match your travel guidelines. The hotels are labeled Expanded Network under the Book Now button in your search results and will appear with a grey marker on the map view.

Hotels in the Expanded Network can only be booked online through the CLC website and mobile app -- with the same Book Now reservation tools, filter options and travel policy controls that you enjoy today.

How to check in – no CheckINN cards or CrewFax at Expanded Network hotels

When you arrive at an Expanded Network hotel, the front desk will have a reservation with the credit card on file for your stay. Simply present your photo ID and hotel confirmation number to check in. CheckINN cards and CrewFaxes are not available for Expanded Network hotels.

How to manage reservations

The CLC Expanded Network lets you keep your complete lodging program in one place. You can locate your reservation details, including project cost codes, in your CLC Lodging account when you stay at any Expanded Network hotel.

How Expanded Network hotel invoices will appear

All of your hotel charges can be easily found in one place. CLC Expanded Network hotels will appear alongside CLC Network hotel invoices.
